Jennifer Rene Psaki
Psaki The eldest of three daughters,was born in Stamford, Connecticut in 1978 to a psychotherapist Eileen (nee Dolan) Medvey[9 and Dimitrios "James" R. Psaki (Greek: Demetrios R. Psakes), a real estate developer who retired whose grandfather had emigrated from Greece in 1904 and whose grandmother was of Irish descent. She got married to her parents in 1976. Psaki is also from Polish origin. She attended Greenwich High School 1996. In 2000, she graduated from the College of William & Mary with the degree of English and sociology. She is a Chi Omega sorority member. Psaki was backstroke swimmer on the William & Mary Tribe's athletic team for two years in succession. Psaki started her career in 2001 with the re-election campaigns of Iowa Democrats Tom Harkin for the U.S. Senate and Tom Vilsack for governor. Psaki was then appointed deputy press secretary to John Kerry's 2004 presidential campaign. Psaki worked from 2005 to 2006 as the communications director for Joseph Crowley, U.S. representative, as well as as the regional press secretary for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. MSNBC has announced that Psaki will be an analyst for the 2022 United States election and the 2024 presidential campaign. In 2023, she will also host a program that MSNBC will stream on its Peacock streaming platform. [3535 Psaki was on television for the first time following her dismissal from her position as White House Press secretary.
